Valerie’s teaching engages in a study of the whole range of human vibrations towards freedom of creativity.

The main aspects being a detailed exploration of the idea of grounding and the development of heighten physical awareness.

Valerie offers:

Deep relaxation for the body and the mind

Using breathing, muscles and bones manipulation (pushing, pulling, shaking, squeezing), massage, visualisation, sound and focused energy, I will bring you to a state of deep relaxation, releasing all tensions and stress, and clearing blockages, allowing the body to heal itself.

The session can help get rid of chronic problems such as back ache, and neck tensions while improving general health and mood!

During the individual session you will be laying down comfortably. I will be ‘reading' your body to locate areas requiring attention. Bringing in elements from several practices, including:

  • Shiatsu

  • Release Technique (focusing on “ease of movement” and “fluidity” through release of body weight into the floor, letting go of habitual patterns)

  • Body Weather manipulation (a Japanese practise moving muscles and bones)

  • Energy transmission through focus in a similar way to Reiki

  • Tibetan singing bowl sound/vibration and other percussions.

The release of muscular tension will often affect the mind and allow for emotional release and help with depression, grieving, anger repression and all kinds of similar things while helping with back ache, neck/shoulder issues, and improving general body alignment.

The session encourages a positive outlook, confidence, self love, self care, while increasing general flexibility and well being, towards balance, harmony, strength and a serene mind. All aspects participate in strengthening the immune system.

The sessions are given in Kreuzberg, or at your home, or outside in warm weather. It lasts approximately 75 minutes.

Please send a personal message for more information and booking a session.
